Fatherhood Circle creates support networks for fathers to thrive.
The goal of Fatherhood Circle is to empower every father to become a 24/7 Dad. We prioritize supporting all fathers (biological, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles, and all male caregivers) residing in Broward County with children under the age of 18, including fathers transitioning back into the community from state and federal correctional facilities and rejoining the workforce.

We provide a variety of services to fathers to ensure that they facilitate the re-engagement of fathers with their families, mending relationships and building stronger familial bonds:

Uplifting Dads- Virtual support groups are organized to deliver supportive education and group mentorship, ensuring accessibility and broad reach. The program utilizes the evidenced based 24:7 Dad curriculum, a foundational education component in fostering responsible and engaged fatherhood. We prioritize supporting fathers residing in Broward County transitioning back into the community from state and federal correctional facilities and rejoining the workforce.

Group & Individual Therapy Virtual therapy sessions focus on assisting the father with re-engaging with his family. Therapy sessions can include individual fathers, fathers and their partners, fathers and their children, and fathers and their entire family.

Career & Vocational Mobility. Fathers are provided with direct assistance in locating employment opportunities, crafting professional resumes, conducting mock interviews, and receiving personalized career guidance. Additionally, program staff enhance career readiness skills and nurture entrepreneurial development for fathers to thrive in the workforce.

Service Provider Coaching & Training. We also provide training and coaching to community service providers to optimize services to engage and include fathers. By strengthening the capacity of other organizations, we amplify our collective impact, creating a more cohesive and effective ecosystem of support for fathers throughout the community. Our services include:
